In order to be fair to our other customers, partners and resellers, we are unfortunately unable to offer a permanent discount. However, there are always special promotions, e.g. for certain trade fairs. We inform about such actions via our newsletter.
Your data is hosted by our partner Viakom. Viakom guarantees that the data is stored on EU servers and does not leave the territory of the EU. On request, it is also possible to store the data on US servers. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to store your data outside of the EU.
Since Viakom is a German-based company, the Viakom cloud is ISO-27001 certified and the data is stored and protected according to EU GDPR standards (DSGVO). The data is also mirrored so that your data is protected even in the event of a server failure.
Our support engineers are happy to show you how PointCab Nebula works and can be integrated for your business in a free online demo. There is no dedicated trial. However, you have a 30-day special cancellation right when purchasing a Nebula license.
PointCab Nebula is a subscription model. You are invoiced annually. The subscription will automatically be renewed for one year at a time unless notice is given at least one month before expiration. You will receive an email from us 2 months before expiration reminding you that your license will be renewed soon.
Yes, of course.
Example: Your license runs from January to January. In April, you realize that your business needs more storage. You order the additional storage from us. Now you receive a new invoice from April to April, which is offset against your already paid balance.
Your data will be completely deleted at the end of your contract period. Please back up your data accordingly in time, as there is no possibility to restore the data after deletion.
Of course! To use Nebula in the current version 1.0, you need a PointCab Origins license, because without Origins it is not possible to prepare point cloud projects for the Nebula web viewer. However, we offer new customers an attractive bundle in an annual subscription that includes both products. More information about the bundles can be found in our store.
The basic functions of Nextcloud are available in PointCab Nebula. Additional tools must be booked separately. Please contact our support for this.
