Thanks to PointCab Origins good compatibility, working with FARO data in PointCab Origins is a piece of cake. With the PointCab Origins registration, the scans can be imported and registered directly in PointCab Origins. Merging FARO data with data from other scanners is also no problem with our advanced importer. But even those who use FARO’s own software FARO-Scene to register their FARO data are well-advised to use PointCab Origins. Of course, already registered FARO projects can be processed in the PointCab Origins software as usual and floor plans and measurements are created with just a few clicks. Thanks to our plugins, all results are transferred to your CAD software in no time and you can easily create your BIM model.
